I have an apron I bought in Italy and one I bought in France. Love to wear them when I'm having company over.
I'd love to have one of those aprons for 3 reasons: #1, I don't even own an apron and not only do I get stuff all over myself when I cook, but my 2 year old son who I sometimes let cook with me gets food all over me too!
#2, those aprons are just too darn cute and to be honest when I look at it..it just screams "megan" to me :)

You know, it's sad... I love the IDEA of using an apron but unfortunately I never do. Maybe because mine is so plain and boring. (I can't even tell you how many shirts I have stained from food splatters or smudges.) Maybe if I had a cute apron like this I would remember to wear it while I cook and bake!

These aprons are beautiful. My current apron is dingy and stained. It used to be white. I use it anytime I make an actual meal which means about 5 times a week. It's so nice to have my clothes covered and kept safe.

I am an apron girl. I love them! Not just when I cook and bake, but always. I love that women used to wear them as though it were a uniform. Some may say that it was a sexist symbol in an era when woman were to stay at home to cook, do the laundry and clean while the husband went off to work. I say that aprons make me feel pretty, domestic and they keep me clean - especially from dirty kid hands that are constantly and endearingly tugging at my side!

Oh my goodness, such cute aprons! I love the Penelope. I use aprons when I'm baking bread (to keep flour off of myself) and to keep myself cool and clean when I'm cooking for a crowd. And i love switching into a cute hostess apron once the crowd arrives!

I am a huge fan of the apron for two reasons... 1). They cover up my fat parts on my fat days and 2). I can pretend that I am the lead character in a 50s sitcom. That way I not only intimidate other moms, but when my kids ask me for something I can say "Today I'm not Mommy, I'm Donna Reed. Sorry."
I LOVE the aprons! I wear an old ratty one while I clean the house, and a cuter one for when I cook. I must admit, though, that I have a hard time wiping my hands on that one...

Aprons help keep chocolate off of my clothes when I bake-- I usually drip chocolate all over myself when I lick the beaters :)

My aprons keep me from staining my clothes with tomatoes and oil.
I use my apron which is very sad looking after many years of use when I make my mother-in-law's italian meatball and sausage sauce. I tend to spatter so an apron comes in handy.

My favorite apron has giant pockets in the front so not only do I use it when I cook, but sometimes I also wear it when I tidy the house. That way I can put little treasures in my pocket so they're out of the way until I can get them back to their homes (or the trash...).
I love wearing aprons when I know someone is coming over my house...I keep my clothes clean this way! No splashes.
