This is really simple to make too!
Broiled Grapefruit
serves 2 1 grapefruit (I prefer pink over yellow)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1. Cut grapefruit in half, remove seeds if visible.
2. Sprinkle each half with 1 Tbsp (give or take depending on your preference)
3. Place under preheated broiler for 1-3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved and started to caramelize (I could have gone a little longer). Eat!

Oh man! Thanks for reminding me about this delicious snack. I might just have to pick some up this week.
Also, I made your Cuban Braised Beef last Sunday and everyone LOVED it! That will be a regular over here from now on. Thanks!
yum!
Holy cow! You should try making it with your torch!
have never attempted to make grapefruit this way--will make it this week for sure!
My daughter and I both love grapefruit, though I haven't yet enjoyed it without a little Splenda on top. We have three more grapefruits sitting in the fridge and will give this a shot for sure!
I eat a grapefruit every day-they are so good right now! Broiled is an extra special treat:)
i remember emily talking about these way back then. I'm excited to have the process to give it a go!
